Description: Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. To attend, you must have your Reiki 1 Certification and bring your manual with you. You will learn the sacred symbols, hand positions, how to do long distance work as well as such Reiki techniques as Koki ho (using the breath to send Reiki) and Byosen scanning (detecting where Reiki is needed). You will close with your Reiki 2 certificate and attunement. Class also includes lecture, discussion and hands-on practice. Bring brown bag lunch and dress comfortably.
