Join us for the opening of Jaclyn Hale’s BFA in Metalsmithing Senior Exhibition, “dénouement”. Hale is a Jewelry & Metalsmithing student at The University of Akron’s Myers School of Art. Her Senior Exhibition will feature her most recent contemporary jewelry, including one-of-a-kind showcase pieces and everyday wearables from her production lines. This body of work focuses on emphasizing and translating traditional textile techniques, such as braiding, weaving, and knotting, in metal.
