Award-winning landscape designer Sabrena Schweyer, FAPLD of Salsbury- Schweyer, Inc, will provide an overview of permaculture, a holistic design methodology inspired and supported by nature. Based on the ethics of “Earth Care, People Care, Fair Share”, it is a decision-making process that can be applied in backyards, communities, social systems and more. She will also give an update about permaculture in Akron. For those who aren’t sure what permaculture is, come and find out. Free and open to the public.
