Make new friends and make a difference at this one-of-a-kind experience! As an important member of the Green Team, you’ll help our park rangers with fun, safe park projects like trail building and removing invasive species. You’ll also learn about backpacking and Leave No Trace while you hike to beautiful parts of your park.
Who will love this camp? Kids entering grades 6-10 who want to get outside and help rangers to make their national park a more beautiful place while making new friends and sleeping in bunks. Learn more about what makes our camps special!

Wake up and get ready for your day!

Breakfast

Hike to Sylvan Pond and work with park rangers to inventory invasive species in the area
12:00 p.m.
Lunch
1:00 p.m.
Hike to Indigo Lake to go kayaking
3:30 p.m.
Eat a snack, then hike back to camp
4:45 p.m.
Free time: Rest up, relax, or play games
5:30 p.m.
Dinner
6:30 p.m.
Night hike to survey nocturnal animals
8:45 p.m.
Campfire
9:15 p.m
Return to the dorms and get ready for bed

Where will campers stay? Dormitories with bunk beds and indoor bathrooms at the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center. Learn more about the center.
What does it cost? $225 for three days and two nights. Save $10 by registering before May 20, and save an additional $10 by becoming a Conservancy member.
