at Akron-Summit County Public Library (Main)

Saturday, July 15, 11 am to 12 pm, Room 2AB

The Akron Municipal Mental Health Court is the first of its kind in Ohio and one of a handful in the United States. The Mental Health Court was formed, in part, as a response to the overwhelming numbers of mentally ill offenders being seen by the Akron Municipal Court. This program is a collaborative effort between the Summit County ADM Board, Community Support Services, and the Akron Municipal Court. Honorable Judge Annalisa S. Williams, will provide more information about this program. Room 2AB.
