TubaSummer – a summertime version of Akron’s popular TubaChristmas – will hold its 18th annual concert on Sunday, July 30 at 7 p.m., on Buchtel Common at The University of Akron.
Free and open to the public, TubaSummer will feature summer favorites performed by tuba, sousaphone, baritone and euphonium musicians from throughout the region. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. In case of rain, TubaSummer will be held in Guzzetta Recital Hall, 157 University Ave.

Parking for audience members attending evening and weekend performances is free in the E.J. Thomas Hall deck when there is not an event in that venue. Handicap-accessible parking for audience members is available in all lots, including the residential surface lot across from Guzzetta Hall.
