The Fairlawn Community Foundation and the City of Fairlawn are proud to announce that this year’s 4th of July celebration will begin with music and end with fireworks at Bicentennial Park, located at 3486 South Smith Road. The annual free outdoor concert will feature a two hour performance by Mick & Rick beginning at 5:00 pm, followed by the Brass Band of the Western Reserve at 8:00 pm. The fireworks begin at about 10:00 pm. Please be aware that fireworks may go off anytime between 7:30 and 10:30, weather permitting.

The Fairlawn City Women’s Club and several food trucks will be selling refreshments. The Copley Fairlawn City Schools Transportation Department will be running free school bus shuttles to and from Summit Mall to Bicentennial Park. The shuttle may be picked up beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the west parking lot of Macy’s.
