Women's Leadership Summit, FLUX: a Movement for Change

The 2018 Women’s Leadership Summit is a full day conference that will focus on leadership development, unconscious bias, and creating equitable workplaces. The day features keynote speakers, Rabbi Jonah Pesner and Kathrine Switzer, the first woman to run the Boston Marathon, as well as workshops, lectures and panels on leadership development, strategic negotiation, organizational change, building inclusive workplaces, and more. Several afternoon sessions are HRCI accredited.

Women’s Network is an organization focuses on leadership development for women, equity and unconscious bias in the workplace, and thought leadership on advancing women’s lives and building inclusive communities + workplaces.

The day will include a facilitated forum to engage the community in a conversation around creating equitable workplaces, particularly as it relates to women.  They will be sharing the results of their Gender Equity and Female Leadership Research Study that provides the demographic data regarding women and minority representation in leadership positions in Summit County.
