Budding yogis (7-12) and their adult companions– join certified yoga instructor Lisa Meranti for yoga focused on connecting to self, each other, and nature. Portion of class may include a short mindful hike. Wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers, bring a yoga mat or large towel, and drinking water. Some mats provided, while supplies last.
Registration not required. Best to arrive 10 minutes prior to set up. Please complete a program evaluation after class.
