Dinner in the Valley: Dinner and a Movie

Dinner in the Valley: Dinner and a Movie

Presented by Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park at Happy Days Lodge

Bonjour! Are you looking for a fabulous way to spend Valentine’s Day with a loved one? Then join us for a romantic evening of fine dining, beautifully rustic surroundings, and RATS!

Rats? Yes! It’s our annual Dinner and a Movie and this evening’s showing is the award-winning animated film Ratatouille! Enjoy French dishes prepared by Chef Larkin from the movie and experience a unique kind of cinematic immersion.

The Conservancy’s Dinner in the Valley is a unique dining experience that will give you a personal connection to the food you eat, the chef who prepares it, your fellow diners, and your national park. Gather around a shared table and savor a meal crafted from the best local ingredients of the season, hand-selected by Chef Larkin Rogers.

Chef Larkin creates your menu based on the best and freshest seasonal foods available at the farmers’ market, our kitchen garden, and from other local sources.

This Dinner’s menu is as follows:

Canapes:  Cheeseboard with red grapes and baguette, Lightning-roasted mushrooms, rosemary, and Tomme tartlets.

Dinner: Slow-roasted Salmon Roulade with Linguine Ratatouille

Dessert: Mocha Mouse

Various Wines to enjoy all night.
