Shelby Olive is a singer/songwriter who calls Northeast Ohio “home.” After finding success as one half of the touring ukulele duo, Recipe of Life, Olive has branched off on her own as a solo artist, with her debut album, “Make Sound,” set for release February 2018. Shelby began her songwriting journey at a ripe thirteen years old with her trusty ukulele and hasn’t stopped since. An authentic sound with jazz, pop, and folk influences– she’s got a voice you’ll want to hear. Shelby’s full-length album, “Make Sound,” debuts this winter. EASY FREE DOWNTOWN AKRON PARKING
Parking is a breeze when you’re coming to Musica! Event parking is FREE at the LIBRARY PARKING DECK at 40 S. HIGH STREET, on the corner of Market and High Street. This deck is across the street from the Akron Art Museum and attached to Akronym Brewing. Take the cross-walk at Market Street and you’ll be at Musica! Parking is free on nights and weekends. Please don’t park on the lot on Maiden Lane outside of Musica as those spots are reserved for residents of The Lofts.
