Join Akron Soul Train for the opening of the exhibit My Golem, an installation of paper sculpture, drawing, and fiber work with original storytelling by our June artist in residence, Diane Britt. Britt weaves together the centuries-old story of the golem—a larger-than-life homunculus created from clay to protect the community—with European Jewish history, family emigration, and personal experiences.
