DRACULA: an Encore Production

After a sold-out run in 2018, the Ohio Shakes original production of Dracula returns to the Henry C. Bishop stage just in time for Halloween.

Johnathan Harker travels to Transylvania on real estate business to meet a polite, yet mysterious, count. Little does he know that this journey will set into motion a horror that he, and his family, have never even dreamed possible.

FRANKENSTEIN: a Laboratory Production

After a the continued success of our original Dracula, the writing team of Sarah Coon and Joe Pine introduce to the Ohio Shakes library a new production of Frankenstein.

Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant, idealistic, young scientist, discovers the very source of life itself. Blinded by his discovery, he attempts to create a being in his own image with recognizing that his creation will have his own set of wants, needs, and demands. Soon, Victor’s dream becomes a nightmare.
