This class is an invitation to an unhurried adventure of visual journaling and mindfulness. Through guided writing prompts, drawing, collage, painting, observation-based list-making, and gentle movement, we’ll take time to create, reflect, discover more about ourselves, and practice being present. Each class will include guided calming exercises, writing prompts, and loose art-making instructions with an emphasis on honoring the process over the end product. No need to have any prior art-making or writing experience- just a willingness to experiment, slow down, and have fun!
