Aging is an Art Form

Aging is an Art Form

Presented by ArtsNow at Online/Virtual Space

Aging is an Art Form is an exciting new initiative that is helping to change the narrative about what it means to grow older. Our 60 and over population are some of our most vibrant and creative people in our communities, yet also at a higher risk for social isolation, especially in today’s environment.

Aging is an Art Form will showcase just how active we can be as we age in a fun and engaging way.

Join our virtual classes and share your creations!

In August, local Summit County artists will be holding a FREE series of classes for adults 60+ and their caregivers. The hour-long classes will meet each week so you can watch your skills grow as you gain new knowledge and confidence from session to session. You have the option of sharing your newly created art with Summit ArtSpace during their September 5th virtual Akron Art Walk.

No experience needed to participate, and class sizes are limited.
