Introduction to Lampworking with Kevin Ryan using Borosilicate Glass

In this intro to Lampworking class students will learn a brief background of borosilicate glass before covering torch operation and tools used to manipulate glass. Basic shop and personal safety will be covered in the discussion. There are three different projects students can complete which are a small solid sculpture, three pendant variations and finally a marble. All of these will first be demonstrated by the instructor. Students will be able to choose colors and patterns for their projects with materials provided. Projects will be available for pickup or can be shipped after the class for a fee.

Covid19 Safety protocols in place and please be wearing masks, we will be limiting class size, implementing cleaning regimens, and staying farther apart.
