Art journaling can relieve stress, clarify thinking, and increase creativity! It’s unique, personal, and very rewarding.

This session will begin with a brief demo or prompt to get us started, then we will work in our own journals.

Beginners and experienced journallers are welcome! If you haven’t done art journaling before, come anyway and we’ll get you started.
