"Drunk Bus" Film Screening

Presented by Standing Rock Cultural Arts at Standing Rock Cultural Arts

Join Standing Rock Cultural Arts on Friday, February 18th, from 7 – 8:45PM for a screening of the film Drunk Bus.

Drunk Bus is about a directionless, young campus bus driver and a punk rock, Samoan security guard named Pineapple who form an unlikely kinship as they navigate the unpredictable late shift shit show known as the “drunk bus.” Together, they break out of their endless loop and into a world of uncertainty, excitement and incredibly poor decision-making.

The film is loosely based on Kent State University’s Loop Bus Route, featuring a character, Robert Birch, who shares a lot of similarities to Robert E. Wood.

Doors open at 6:30PM.

Released in 2020

Runtime: 1 hour 41 minutes

Directed by John Carlucci and Brandon LaGanke

Written by Chris Molinaro

Staring Charlie Tahan, Kara Hayward, Pineapple Tangaroa, Tonatiuh, and Will Forte.
