Six high school bands will perform selections from the OMEA Adjudication selection list followed by a clinic for the bands to prepare for OMEA competition.
Guest clinicians will include Dr. Brian Doyle (Director of Bands, SUNY-Potsdam), Dr. Courtney Snyder (Associate Director of Bands, The University of Michigan), and UA’s own Director of Bands, Dr. Galen S. Karriker. The UA Concert Band will perform at 4:00 p.m. Performance & clinic slots for high school ensembles will begin at 4 p.m. The UA Wind Symphony will perform during a break at 7:30 p.m.
Concerts are free and open to the public.
