Wishgarden finds its groove in its down-to-earth song writing and musical arrangements that intersect in the worlds of Roots, Rock and Retro. Fueled by real life experience, the relatable lyrics and musical vibe takes audiences on a heartfelt journey through frantic family vacations, new found independence and life partner journey among other stories. Audiences dance, listen, groove and sing along with Wishgarden’s carefully crafted arrangements and full-band energy.
Chrissy Strong is an emerging, indie singer/songwriter, musician and actor from Akron, Ohio.
A self-taught musician, her songwriting is rooted in soulful, edgy piano ballads with a raw and free-flowing approach that offer a tender and haunting reflection on encounters with love and longing, fear and desperation—and the many forms they take.
