This intimate retreat will open participants up to the wonders and gentle stress relieving power of mindfulness/meditation.
This retreat, hosted by Summit Acupuncture, will give class participants the tools to make meditation/mindfulness work for them on a personal, individual level. There will be hands-on exercises, discussions on the science behind the practices and meditation coaching. Retreat is taught by Michele Swihart, Just Be LLC master teacher. Just Be is a Meditation, Mindfulness & Modern Wellness Company.
