Rooted Akron is blessed to present three major branches of services: Rooted Celebrations, Rooted Reiki, and Rooted Yoga.

♥ Rooted Yoga, presented by Kelly McHood, CYT-200, offers individual and small-group classes which focus on the practical, therapeutic application of Yoga while keeping the ancient teachings at its core. The classes include postures, breath work, meditation, and deep relaxation that will ground, release, connect, and engage. Each session is adapted to the individual(s) and created in order to empower the client(s) so that sustainable change can occur. ♥ Rooted Reiki, shared by Traditional Usui Reiki Master Caitlin Boyle, encourages outcomes of connection, reflection, grounding, replenishing, consolation, chakra balancing, and, ultimately, deeply-rooted healing. Through this developed practice of energy work, we are able to help ourselves heal through emotional, mental, and physical trauma, allowing our blockages to release and our energy to freely flow. Reiki is intended to be used for the greatest good of the receiver to aid you on your healing journey, wherever you may be.
