Dinner in the Valley: Food of the Founders

Join us as Chef Larkin Rogers gives us a taste of the past with our Food of the Founders Dinner in the Valley!

Together we will delve into the Western Reserve’s history involving the types of food grown here in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Peninsula was known for its production of cheese and its beautiful orchards! Our menu will be a nod to our history. We will enjoy a meal highlighting the local orchards and cheese production, sourced from local growers based in and around Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

The Conservancy’s Dinner in the Valley is a unique dining experience that will give you a personal connection to the food you eat, the chef who prepares it, your fellow diners, and your national park. Gather around a shared table and savor a meal crafted from the best local ingredients of the season, hand-selected by Chef Larkin Rogers.
