Dinner with the Experts: Food for Life

The meal will feature local, seasonal, Ohio-grown, organic, allergy-friendly foods provided by Crown Point and Mustard Seed Market & Café.

Speaker Rhondalynn Smith Brustoski, ND will discuss how our individual food choices impact day-to-day health, and she will highlight the power of food toward the prevention of chronic health problems.

This talk will cover the importance of eating organic and anti-inflammatory foods to reduce overall systemic inflammation in order for the body to work more efficiently and manage inflammation.

Rhondalynn Smith Brustoski, ND grew up in Northeast Ohio and is very excited to be providing Naturopathy to the Northeast Ohio community and beyond. She is the owner of Nature Cure Health and Wellness in Chagrin Falls and earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, which is the largest one of six accredited Naturopathic Medical Schools in the US. She is a contributing author of the “Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine”, the soon-to-be-published textbook on the philosophy, theory and principles of Naturopathic Medicine.
