“Ever seen beautifully marbled paper? In this workshop, you can learn the process and make something spectacular. Claire Marks will be teaching a *non-toxic marbling workshop utilizing acrylic paint. Click the link to sign up!

Claire Marks is a multimedia artist based in Akron, Ohio. Marks draws and paints using a variety of mediums, primarily monotype, colored pencil, graphite, pen and ink, oil paint and watercolor. She fell in love with printmaking while a student at the Cleveland Institute of Art, especially the painterly monotype process. Her work is inspired by great works of literature, her fascination with psychology, philosophy, and the pursuit of acceptance and truth in a world filled with suffering. Marks’ work has been included in numerous group exhibitions around northeast Ohio.
