The Summit Golf Classic is a charity golf outing that supports The Dane Foundation. The Dane Foundation serves individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
The Dane Foundation serves individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. We provide quality of life items that can’t be obtained by insurance or other supports. These include toilet paper, paper towels, personal hygiene items, cleaning products, etc.
The annual golf classic is being chaired this year by Olympian Justin (Harry) Lester! This shotgun scramble event will be great fun and support an amazing cause benefiting Summit County. (In 2017 at Christmas alone we served 600 Summit County residents with disabilities!). The event is Friday, May 19, 2017 at Brookledge Golf Club!

For information about how to sponsor or golf in the Summit Golf Classic call 330-703-1183 or email Info@TheDaneFoundation.org. Single golfers are $100 for golf and three meals, prizes, etc. A team of four is $380. Sponsorships are also available ranging from a Title and Presenting Sponsorship to beverage and meal, hole and cart sponsorships. Sponsorship costs range from $10,000 to $125…any donation, however, is appreciated!!
