Smile Inside provides essential resources for anyone who works with youth. These social and emotional learning activities allow participants to gain self-awareness using experiential and inquiry learning methods. The activities give young people the opportunity to explore their identities, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors while guiding them to have realizations about themselves and their relationship with the world.
