JazzFest 2016 with Alexis Cole

Called “one of the great voices of today” (Jonathan Schwartz), Alexis Cole has been compared to classic jazz singers such as Sarah Vaughan and Anita O’Day. She’s performed with the Boston Pops and New York Philharmonic on stage at venues from Avery Fisher Hall to the Kennedy Center. Cole is the JazzFest Bittle Artist-in-Residence for 2016.

Tuesday, March 15: Alexis Cole with student Jazz Combos at Guzzetta Recital Hall.

Wednesday, March 16: Alexis Cole with the UA Faculty Jazz Combo.*

Thursday March 17th: Alexis Cole with the UA student Big Band.*

Friday March 18th: Bittle Legacy Concert, Kulas Concert Series. Graduates of UA’s Jazz Studies program join with current students for a special concert honoring the legacy of the late Edward Bittle.*

*March 16-18 events take place at Stage Door at EJT

March 15th: Free Event.

March 16th-18th Events: Standard Ticket- $12/Non-UA Student- $6.00.
This event is FREE for UA Students with valid Zip Card.
