Description: Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. In Certification Class #1 you will learn how to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others (including pets), learn Reiki’s history and get your Reiki 1 attunement, manual & certificate (includes lecture, discussion and hands-on practice). Bring a drink/snack for break time and dress comfortably. (Reiki can help with migraines, arthritis, sciatica, asthma, chronic fatigue, menopausal symptoms, stress, emotional balance and insomnia, to name a few.)
