Stocker Arts Center at Lorain County Community College
Box Office Support Staff - Part-time

Reporting to the Director, Stocker Arts Center, under the supervision of the Box Office Coordinator, the Box Office Support Staff will exhibit excellent customer service; accurate receipt of payments; balancing cash drawer after shift. The Box Office Support Staff is responsible for
ticket sales, answering phones, and assisting students, faculty, staff, and patrons. Must present a positive image with proper dress, friendly
attitude, and a professional demeanor; position requires honesty, organization, attention to detail, and excellent work habits. Schedule
will vary as needed between days, evenings, and weekends, 10-15 hours per week.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Honesty is the first and foremost requirement. Must be reliable and have an aptitude for maintaining organized, detailed, and precise records and databases, and be accurate with money and money handling. Must display excellent customer service, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Minimum Hourly Rate: $9.82. Applications will be accepted through November 22, 2016.
