ICP Lunch and Learn, Mental Health and Older Adults

Please mark your calendars and plan on attending our free, lunch and learn sessions. These workshops are geared toward our volunteer caregivers, but are open to those interested in learning more to best serve our elderly and disabled neighbors. We are proud to work with area community partners to offer the following presentations.

Risk factors and symptoms of mental health concerns, and knowing when to defer to mental health professionals

Differentiating depression from dementia and grief

Tips for having tough conversations about mental health

General tips for naturally boosting mental health
