Free Women's Self-Defense Class

Learn simple techniques that could save your life! This two-hour class is designed to offer women both verbal and physical techniques including: screaming; wrist breakaway; freeing oneself from a chokehold; escaping if pinned to the ground; and kick and slaps.

Class size is limited to 40 adult participants, so please register in advance.
