Rubber City Shakespeare Company presents Elton John & Tim Rice's AIDA

Elton John and Tim Rice’s AIDA is an epic musical tale of love, loyalty, and betrayal, chronicling the love triangle between Aida, a Nubian princess stolen from her county, Amneris, an Egyptian princess, and Radames, the soldier they both love.

The production runs Thursday through Sunday February 12 until February 28. Thursday through Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m.

All performances will take place at the Summit Artspace located at 140 East Market Street, Akron, Ohio 44308.

Rubber City Shakespeare Company’s production of Elton John and Tim Rice’s AIDA is presented through special arrangement with Musical Theatre International (MTI).

 

ADMISSION INFO

Order tickets online at: www.rubbercityshakes.com/tickets or over the phone at 234-252-0272. • Tickets are also available an hour before show time at the door.

Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $10 for youth (ages 7-13).

In keeping with Rubber City Shakespeare Company tradition, the run opens with a Pay-As-You-Like-It performance on February 12. Pay-As-You-Like-It performances are free to the public; No ticket purchase is necessary, but donations are gratefully accepted.
