Final round of the School of Music’s annual concerto competition, with winners performing with the Symphonic Band or Symphony Orchestra in a spring concert.
Please join us as we support all our students participating in the final round of the University of Akron School of Music’s Concerto Competition. Finalists will perform on Wednesday, January 23 at 7 p.m. in the Guzzetta Recital Hall. Winners will perform with UA’s Symphony Orchestra or Symphonic Band in a spring concert.

Parking for audience members attending evening and weekend performances is free in the E.J. Thomas Hall deck when there is not an event in that venue. Handicap-accessible parking for audience members is available in all lots, including the residential surface lot across from Guzzetta Hall.
