Gemboree is a semi-annual event sponsored by Akron Mineral Society and Summit Lapidary Club in Ohio, USA.
We welcome you to explore the wonderful world of rocks and minerals as we work toward our mission, which is to afford the opportunity to share interest in Mineral Collecting and Display, Lapidary Knowledge, and Working Techniques.
Gemboree – Spring 2019 will feature multiple vendors, fluorescent minerals, a gem mine, geode cracking, gemstone identification, children’s activities, specimen showcases as well as, door prizes, and a silent auction.
Saturday: 10AM – 6PM
Sunday: 10AM – 5PM
The event is held twice a year at Emidio & Sons Expo Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and is an educational fundraising activity which helps defray the cost of operation for both groups. The event is held the 4th weekend in April and in October.
Parking is free.
