Executive Director

Crown Point Ecology Center is seeking a highly committed Executive Director who will lead the organization towards the realization of its core mission and values.

Crown Point is green space that matters. Our dynamic, vibrant 115-acre campus, located in Bath, Ohio is a certified organic CSA farm, a highly desirable event space, an interactive classroom, a home for diverse native species, and a place to explore and appreciate nature.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Advancement - fundraising, donor relations and income generation
• Budget Management - budget development, revenue and expense management
• Operations - marketing, HR, volunteer management, communication
• Program Management - CSA, educational programs, etc.

Required:

• Demonstrated commitment to community, justice, spirituality and sustainability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Leadership and financial management
