Guided Meditation with Live Music

Our free HOPE (Healing Online for People Everywhere) Series was created to enable our global community to build resilience through the arts during this unprecedented time. Learn more here.

Find moments of presence and peace in this free, two-session offering of guided meditation with live guitar. In this online program, informed by energy psychology and music therapy, learn how to get your mind out of the way to achieve a state of deep relaxation. The experience will activate awareness of body and mind as you are guided in the process of visualizing energy moving through the body. Or you may take in the experience as a whole, allowing the experience to wash over you.

Session one, on April 9, will center on pathways to the heart–evoking and embodying feelings of love. Session two, on April 16, will focus on grounding psyche and body to counteract the ungrounded state of anxiety.
