Mindfulness Break through Nature-Based Expressive Arts

Our free HOPE (Healing Online for People Everywhere) Series was created to enable our global community to build resilience through the arts during this unprecedented time. Learn more here.

The arts and nature both offer metaphors that mirror our own resources and resilience. How does your inner landscape interact with the outer landscape? A guided meditation and nature-inspired movement will begin our journey, and a creative process will help you discover nature’s unique message to you.

Note: Being outdoors is not required to attend this workshop. You can participate using an indoor plant, a picture, or even your imagination.
