Art Blooms in Akron

The City of Akron announced a collaborative effort to bring art and nature to residents across the city titled, “Art Blooms in Akron.” Residents of all ages are encouraged to share their Akron pride by creating pieces of art and displaying them in their front yard.

Thanks to the support of Akron Community Foundation, supplies and instructions will be delivered to the first 250 people to register. In addition, 18 youth winners, categorized by age from pre-K to seniors, will be awarded gift certificates, memberships to the Akron Art Museum and Akron Children's Museumand bags of art supplies.
