FUNdamentals of Storytelling: The Power of Storytelling with Wandering Aesthetics

Working with Wandering Aesthetics, participants will explore the basics of discovering and crafting your own story.

Storytelling is much more than entertainment. Harnessing and controlling our own narratives can be a source of healing and well-being. Understanding our journeys through stories can bring about internal and external change. Working with Wandering Aesthetics’ Education Director Kyle Jozsa, and Artistic Director Benjamin Rexroad, participants will explore the basics of discovering and crafting their very own story.

Using folktales along with personal experiences, Jozsa and Rexroad will guide participants through the process of building a narrative. Moving from the bare bones to muscle & blood, participants will learn basic storytelling fundamentals and use those tools to shape their own telling.
