Full-Time / 40 Hours

Under the direction of the System Director, Volunteer Services, Gift Shops and Healing Arts, the Healing Arts Coordinator assists with the coordination of the healing arts program at Summa Health through administrative support of the healing arts collection, the Summa Health art gallery, art therapy programming, musical performances, and healing gardens throughout Summa Health System. The coordinator will assist in the creation an environment that promotes healing and comfort to patients, visitors and staff through various art forms in our hospitals.

Formal Education Required:
-Bachelor’s Degree

Experience & Training Required:
-Minimum one to two years of experience in art history, museum operations or arts organization
-Computer experience with proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe suite experience preferred.

Level of Physical Demands:
-Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
