Material Reckoning

The Emily Davis Gallery at The University of Akron, Mary Schiller Myers School of Art is pleased to present the Material Reckoning, featuring the work of Sheila Pepe (Brooklyn, NY), Rina Dweck (Brooklyn, NY), Jamele Wright, Sr. (Ohio born; Atlanta, GA), and Cleveland Art Prize Emerging Artist Lauren Yeager (Cleveland, OH). These artists work with found objects and materials to explore how what we make and leave behind defines us.
