ACoT Fall Session: Just4Girls Yoga - Teacher: Miriam Daniel

Yoga is a great way for girls to develop more mental focus, self esteem, body awareness, and lifelong healthy habits.  Just4Girls is best suited for girls in grades 1 – 5.  We play games and tell stories, and we wrap it up with a creative take home project.  Each session focuses on a different theme such as Kindness, Beauty, Strength, Spoken Words, and Relaxation.  It is recommended that girls wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
