Akron’s Contemporary Arts District is an arts and culture district in and around Downtown Akron, Ohio, made possible by Curated Storefront (www.curatedstorefront.org) and its generous private, public and foundation supporters. Free and open to the public 24/7, 365 days of the year. Visitors will be treated to art from regionally and internationally acclaimed artists in a rotating collection of public murals, digital art, and art-filled store windows. The district starts with a display of murals on upcycled shipping containers in the TrueNorth Akron, Northside District at 110 North Main Street, and continues a few blocks away in Akron’s Main Street business district, from 1 South Main Street to 225 South Main Street.
