Enzymes and Longevity

Presented by Dr. Tim Weeks and Dr. Amanda Weeks Hirz

Enzymes play a vital role in our health and longevity. Yet as we age, our bodies start producing less, making it more difficult to digest our food. Join Dr. Tim Weeks as he discusses why these enzymes are so important and what you can do to preserve them.

Dr. Tim Weeks is the owner of Whole Body Health, a functional medicine and chiropractic clinic and health food store in Medina, Ohio. In his practice, Dr. Weeks focus on helping people get well naturally, without the use of drugs or surgery. They do this by addressing the four causes of disease: stress and hormone fatigue, poor nerve function, toxicity, and poor nutrition. They believe in treating the whole body, using a variety of multidisciplinary techniques including physical medicine and chiropractic to medical weight loss and nutrition.
