Ohio Collage Society Members' Show Artist Panel

What inspires collage artists? Hear the artists in the Ohio Collage Society show now on exhibit at Summit Artspace talk about their work and inspiration on June 8, 7 pm. The gallery is open before hand to browse.

The exhibiting artists in the Ohio Collage Society 11th Annual Members’ Juried Show will participate in a panel discussion about their work on Thursday, June 8, 7 p.m., in the Summit Artspace main gallery.

The show includes 60 works representing a wide variety of collage and assemblage work in diverse styles. Collage and assemblage are artistic forms that incorporate the use of other materials and objects to create a new artwork. The show runs until July 1.

Seating is limited for the panel. The event is free and open to the public. Please register by June 8 at: ow.ly/DG4S30bO4I8 The gallery is open at noon that day until the panel time.

[The show opens Friday, June 2, with a free reception. Awards are announced at 7 p.m. Artists will meet with visitors from 5 to 8 p.m. Summit Artspace on East Market is located at 140 E. Market St., Akron.]
