The Bluff Blue Door Gallery in Akron, along with local artist Lizzi Aronhalt, is seeking 2-D artists in the Northeast Ohio region to participate in a plein air event focused on the city Akron. Artists are invited to create an original artwork "en plen air" on September 30th to be displayed a the Bluff Blue Door Gallery during Akron's Third Thursday event on October 19th. The vision of this event is to create a body of work by local artists that celebrates the beauty found in the city of Akron. This inaugural "Blue Door Plein Air" event will hopefully be the first of many.
