Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is seeking a part-time employee to coordinate the many administrative and scheduling activities of this primarily volunteer organization. Previous theater exposure is valuable as well as the ability to handle diverse tasks with tact and effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal skills needed, along with writing, business, scheduling, and marketing strengths in communicating with other employees, volunteers, and patrons. Coordination of group sales and season subscriptions is a high priority. Familiarity with Quickbooks, Excel, and Word is required.

Position reports to the Board President, interfaces with Production Board and show Directors in accomplishing goals.

Prefer person who is flexible in working hours; must be available for evening Board and production meetings as needed. The Theatre has active youth and outreach programs, an experimental “black box” River Street Playhouse schedule, and close association with the Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra.
