This form serves as an application for the Pop Up Crafty Mart at Akron Pug Fest 2017. Pug Fest will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from Noon-4 pm. It will be held at Akron’s own One of A Kind Pets.
We are strictly seeking vendors who bring interesting, idiosyncratic and high quality goods that are handmade, upcycled or vintage. Preferential selection for those who bring pet related items to Pug Fest!
You will be notified of your application status no later than September 3rd.
Upon being accepted, we will ask you to pay your vendor’s fee, which is $15.
***Spaces are set up for a 10×10 space. You must bring your own tent, table and chairs.
