The event is part of a Downtown Innovative Community Event (D.I.C.E.), whic is a grassroots partnership between Standing Rock Cultural Arts and Downtown Kent businesses whose purposes is to revitalize Downtown Kent through cultural events.
The event is free and open to the public.
